How does parking work during the fair?
There are parking available around campus, please see the map on the link below.

If more parking tickets than those that are included in the standard package is needed, they can be bought in the information desks or in the the parking ticket machine. The tickets from the machine do look different from the one in the information desk but both work equally good.

Exhibition

Can the exhibitor choose the stand location?
It is all right to have a request about the stand location and this will be met to the extent possible, we can not promise that wishes are fulfilled.

Can we get a bigger stand?
If you have not ordered a bigger stand you can not get a bigger stand after arriving to the fair. This because the stand locations are planned in good time before the fair, so there is no extra space for this.

Are we allowed to place things outside the stand? 
No, it is important that you stay within the stands space to not risk blocking any fire roads, etc.

Is it possible to use more electrical outlets than the numbber specified in the registration?
No, the electricity is planned along what was specified in the registration and it is not allowed to use more electrical outlets.

When can we come and build up our stand?
You are welcome to set up the booth at:

Banquet

Will I as exhibitor representative be placed next to the students whose education is strongly connected to my corporate work at the Banquet?

We will place students and the exhibitor representatives next to each other so that they make the best of each other’s company. So the student’s education combined with the focus of area of the exhibitor will be taken into account at the placement. This to the extent possible.

Will there be an opportunity to meet and converse with students during the Banquet?

The Banquet is there for the exhibitors representatives to meet ambitious students in a relaxed environment. There will be opportunities for conversation during the mingle, the dinner and after party, which will offer both dance floors and launch-area.

What is the dress code of the Banquet?
Dark suit – the theme colours for the evening are gold and ruby (creativity is encouraged)

What is the time schedule for the Banquet?
18:00 The doors open and we invite student and business representatives to mingle
19:00’s The doors close, the Banquet dinner begins
23:00 The dinner ends and the After party begin
03:00 After party closes, time to leave the ARKAD Banquet for further adventures

What is the cost of the Banquet tickets?
The Banquet tickets cost 790 SEK each. The following is included in one ticket: a three course dinner, one beverage package (you can choose between an alcoholic or a non-alcoholic one), entrance to the After party.

What is the last day to order a ticket to the Banquet?
Last day to order a ticket to the Banquet is 1st of November. Number of tickets to this Banquet are limited, make sure to buy your ticket as soon as possible.
Please, notify your company Host, the Banquet Manager or the Project Manager, if you would like to buy tickets to the Banquet.
Between the 2nd of november to the 16th of november it is possible to reserve a ticket. If seats become available to the Banquet, we will contact the reserve list in order after the application date.

How much are the drink tickets?
For one purchased drink ticket, 90 SEK, you will receive three coupons together with your Banquet ticket(s) during the fair’s first day.
One coupon may be exchanged to: 1 non-alcoholic beverage
Two coupons may be exchanged to either: 1 beer or 1 cider or 1 glass of wine
Three coupons may be exchanged to either: 1 shot or 1 drink

Can my company still order drink tickets to the Banquet?
Please inform your company Host no later than the 11th of November if you would like to order drink tickets.
If your company have not purchased drink tickets in advance, we offer the service to buy drink tickets in the info desk in Studiecentrum. The cost of the drink ticket(s) will be added to your company’s fair invoice.

Do we have to state the name of our company representative who will go to the Banquet?
We would like to kindly remind you to state the name of your representative who will participate at the Banquet. If the name is not specified, we will assume that you want to give away this ticket to a student. If you do not yet know the name of your representative, please inform us by email or contact your company Host.

Do we have to state the food preference for our Banquet tickets?
We ask you to inform us of all the food preferences of your representatives. If no preference is indicated, we will assume there is no preference.

Regarding the beverage package, do we have to state if we would like the non-alcoholic or the alcoholic beverage package?
We offer you beverage packages at the Banquet dinner, you can choose an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage package. If you have not specified your choice, we will assume that you want the non-alcoholic option. Please inform your company Host which beverage package you would like. Please specify which option you want on all tickets, even on those you want to give away to students.
